Mindfulness and Buddhism in Challenging Times Online Classes

All of the classes, meditation and advanced yoga practices in our community are offered online interactively and are also recorded. Compassionate Community (Sangha) is at your fingertips.

Many of you are wisely staying home to avoid contracting the corona virus and perhaps could use both community interaction as well as wholesome contemplations and joyful meditations to fill the long days and nights.

The Mindfulness Meditation Centers community, our 3 Year Retreat community at Vajragarbha and all of us at Quiet Mind sincerely invite you to participate in the joyful warmth of meditative stability, heartfelt teaching and kindness -
especially now, in these troubled times.
