Sacred Sunday: Mindfulness Teachings
Join us for Sacred Sundays an invitation to mindfulness, wisdom and compassion in our lives, relationships and world. Classes are led by wise and compassionate teachers each week and include heart awakening teachings and guided meditation.
Bring awareness and compassion to your life and discover the freedom and peace that mindfulness brings from unconscious reactivity to thoughts and emotions.
Teachers of Mindfulness Meditation Centers are loved for their direct, compassionate and powerful teaching style which offers the transformational applications of Mindfulness and Buddhism in a modern context.
Crystal clear instructions on how to meditate with ease along with the core foundations of Buddhism and inner awakening will be shared every Sunday.
Each class begins with a different teaching and contemplation on a particular topic of interest, for example, loving kindness and relationships, practicing compassion, equanimity, forgiveness, empowerment, being free of anxiety, depression, guilt and shame and many other relevant topics. Contemplation then flows into guided meditation followed by questions and answers.
Classes are catered to both those that are wishing to begin mindfulness practice and those that have been practitioners for many years. Our seasoned teachers, teach in such a way that each person is met at the level of understanding they bring.
