Tantra is a meditative practice which dissolves all self created limitations of ones mind. Culminating in the understanding and direct experience of mind as pure potential. We will explore the first three prerequisites for the pure practice of tantra:
Renunciation – the mind emerging from it’s ordinary, limiting preoccupation and taking an interest instead in realizing it’s unlimited, completely liberated potential.
Bodhichitta – the impulse to achieve full enlightenment in order to be of the most benefit to others.
Correct view – the wisdom that clearly realizes the actual way in which we and all other phenomena exist.
Then we will explore the Clear Spaciousness of mind. Tibetan lamas often say; ” not seeing is the perfect seeing”.
This describes the advanced meditator’s experience of spacious, universal reality, the experience beyond dualism.
This retreat will be both an informative and meditative experience designed to introduce and further the path of tantra. While it will be introductive it will also illuminate even the advanced meditators experience of wisdom and compassion.
May all beings taste the immaculate flavor of transcendence.
