Awakening Within the Dream 10 Day Dream Yoga Retreat

with

Lama Michael Gregory

December 26, 2022 to January 4, 2023

Attend Online or In Person by Donation/ Generosity Only

We welcome Sangha after years of being apart due to the pandemic, to come together in presence and Bodhicitta. To practice and receive the blessings of these teachings in the sacred land of Pemako Meditation Center in California. Lama Michael will be teaching online.

During this transformational 10 day retreat you will learn how to dream lucidly and will deepen your understanding of the dream state and the nature of perceived reality. The ancient traditions of dream yoga and the modern scientific research, techniques, and technologies of lucid dream practice will be introduced in a powerful and practical way.

This experiential retreat will be led by Lama Michael Gregory. Lama Michael is a former Buddhist Monk and Director of Mindfulness Meditation Centers. The book that will be used in this retreat is by leading expert in Lucid Dreaming, Stephen LaBerge, Phd.

The Art and Science of Lucid Dreaming is that of awakening in a dream within a dream. Once you have cultivated the art of lucid dreaming — the exceptional, potentially liberating state of consciousness in which you know you are dreaming is awakened. That knowledge transforms the mundane world into the extraordinary, and dreams into a vehicle for the exploration of the very nature of reality.

Building upon ancient teachings, recent scientific research has developed new techniques and technology making lucid dreaming more accessible than ever before.
