Dear All,

We just finished a wonderful day of mindfulness at our retreat center in Palmetto. We study and practice mindfulness as the seventh step in Buddha's 8 fold path, his plan for the eradication of suffering. Our meditations continue our penetration into the experience of the four foundations of mindfulness.

On the weekend of February 13-15 we will study and practice the eighth step on Buddha's path: concentration.
