Join us Saturday, Dec. 9th for a one-day silent meditation retreat. Calm the mind during this busy holiday season.
All are welcome! Beginners to advanced Practictioners.
Location: The Willow Ranch Clubhouse 8659 West Berry Ave. Denver/Littleton. The immediate cross street is Crestline which intersects with Wadsworth.
Time: 9am – 4pm
Bring: a meditation cushion (we will have some as well as chairs) water bottle, vegetarian appetizer or meal to share and blanket or shawl.
