Recognizing and Resting in The Natural State of Mind: Annual 30 Day Silent Retreat with Michael Gregory

May 18 – June 16 2018.

Attend online or in person by donation only

During this transformational retreat you will face yourself again and again in silence and go beneath the self-deception. Discover that far from being plagued by a busy mind or perhaps believing that you are more than slightly neurotic – that you are in fact in your essence highly functional, awake, caring and beautiful.

This experiential retreat will be led by Michael Gregory. Michael is a former Buddhist Monk and Director of Mindfulness Meditation Centers and a leading teacher in the field.

You will be guided through specific instructions for experiencing the inner sanctum of your mind and unveiling your true nature.

Step-by-step meditation and topics include:

💠 Practicing forgiveness that is based in wisdom

💠 An in depth understanding of loving kindness and how to practice it

💠Practicing wise compassion and freeing ourselves from the pitfalls of Codependency and Tyrannical Compassion

💠 Recognizing and being grateful for your precious human life

💠 Meditations on dying and impermanence and to learn the Art of Dying and “how never to die”

💠 Coming to terms with being 100% responsible for our projections of reality by understanding the nature of mind and karma

💠 Gaining insight into unsatisfactory nature of everyday life and how to transform our relationship to ordinary existence.

As the retreat progresses instructions will be given:

💠 How to practice deep and meaningful mindfulness

💠 Concentration and absorption practices culminating with powerful healing insights into the nature of fractured egoistic identity and moving beyond and merging into the direct indescribable experience of the non-dual union of awareness with all things.
